HOW WE PLAN

  1. 1. Define the event

    • Establish objectives and outcomes.
    • Choose the type of tournament: corporate, fundraising or entertainment.
    • Create a budget tied to your objectives and estimate expenses (registration fee, gift bags, food).
    • Help establish a tournament committee.
  2. 2. Plan the details

    • Find a suitable country club or golf course and negotiate terms.
    • Write sponsorship packages and meet prospective sponsors.
    • Develop and distribute invitations; contact players, attendees and guests.
    • Facilitate registration and distribute information.
    • Arrange accommodation, branded items (golf balls, tees, towels) and gift bags.
    • Design, print and deliver banners and tee signs.
    • Select awards and prizes, including engraving and delivery.
    • Create on-course activities that entertain guests and enhance sponsor branding.
  3. 3. Coordinate the day

    • Full-day management of the tournament.
    • Staff registration tables and hand out name badges and gifts.
    • Manage food, photo and video, entertainment and security needs.
    • Monitor and restock drink and food stations.
    • Plan the post-tournament dinner and distribute awards.
    • Clean up, disassemble and clear out.
