Goals and budget
From the start, we help your organisation define its goals and objectives and plan the day’s agenda. We also support the proposal process by outlining procedures that help you build a budget.
Course selection and set-up
We inspect golf courses on your behalf, then coordinate a walk-through so you can visualise the available space. We act as liaison with the host course, arranging golf, food and beverage services.
Awards and branding
We design your awards structure with hand-selected prizes. Packages include photographic tee signage, banners and sponsor displays, and our photographers can print each group’s photo on keepsakes such as bag tags or mugs.
Through to the 19th hole
We select and prepare gift bags and giveaways, and coordinate volunteers and on-course activities while your guests play. Our on-site staff support the event from conception to completion.
